Change of Ownership
To Our Valued Partners,
We are writing this bulletin to inform you that Ryebrook Resins Flooring Ltd has been sold to Joe Bustin with effect 1st January 2026.
We are pleased to reassure you that this change in ownership will not affect the services you receive. The business will continue to operate under Ryebrook Resins name, with the same standards, and commitment to quality that you are accustomed to.
All existing contracts, agreements, and service arrangements will remain in place and continue as normal. There will be no interruption to service, and your usual point of contact will remain unchanged unless we notify you otherwise.
This transition marks an exciting new chapter for the business, allowing us to continue building on the strong relationships we have developed with our clients.
We would like to sincerely thank you for your continued trust and support.

Ryebrook becomes Employee Owned
Ryebrook Resins Flooring Ltd, who were a pioneer in the installation of resin floors to industrial, institutional and educational clients became an “Employee Owned Company” on the 6th October 2020. Along with Chicago Glass (UK) Ltd and Glasweld Systems (UK) Ltd, who together form Glasweld Holdings Group, founded by Alan Button in 1989.

Ryebrook Resins moved from their Head Office in Crawley, to their new home on the banks of the River Medway in Rochester, Kent.

Sale Goes Through
Tony Hills decided it was the right time to take retirement, and the sale of Ryebrook Resins Flooring Ltd completed today, ready for a new chapter in its history.
