The Flooring Process

Working to an extremely tight deadline, the Ryebrook team prepared and laid the entire 9,600m² warehouse in just six days. The resulting floor is ideal for this high traffic warehouse application, delivering exceptional load and impact resistance, whilst also being seamless and therefore easy to maintain.

The Floor Screed Finish

At the Milton Keynes warehouse, Ryebrook first prepared the existing concrete slab with a combination of shotblasting and diamond grinding. Two coats of the high-build Ryetech floor coating were then laid, to an overall thickness of 0.5mm, in high-gloss light grey. The installation was successfully completed within specified deadlines.
